Fertilized areas, industrial effluents, chemical industries release high concentration of phosphates and nitrates which causes eutrophication. And, this industries also leads to air and thermal pollution. Air pollution is contamination of inside and outside environment caused by various anthropogenic sources like large factories, electric power plants, transported vehicles; and pollutants like sulphur oxides, nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, particulate matter etc. And, thermal pollution occurs due to change in the temperature of a natural water body like river, lakes etc. If the temperature rises than its optimum level, the biodiversity will increase which leads to death of aquatic animals.
