the same amount of the minerals?
Minerals absorbed by the roots travel up the xylem and they are transported because of transpiration pull. They go up to the cells via passive transport and then taken up the cell through active transport. The mineral requirement is not the same for all the parts of the plants. Thus, all the parts of the plants do not get the same amount of minerals. Young and growing parts of pants requires more minerals hence these are supplied with more minerals.
