Answer:

 

Matrix of bones

Matrix of cartilage

It is vascular and consists of a tough matrix.

It is non vascular and consists of firm matrix.

It has lamellae.

Lamellae are absent.

It contains cells in the fluid filled lacunae, collagen fibres, blood vessels etc.

It contains collagen and elastin fibres, and cells in fluid filled lacunae. It receives no blood vessels.
