Phloem:- Transport of food in the form of organic solutes from one place to another place in the higher plants known as translocation and food is transported through the sieve elements of the phloem and this translocation needs the metabolic energy.

Nephron:- Nephron is a unit of structure and function in a kidney and is composed of two parts renal cortex and renal medulla which helps in the excretion process.

Veins:- They carry deoxygenated blood from the heart and empty it into the right atrium and then pulmonary artery carries deoxygenated blood from the right ventricle into the lungs to purify or for the oxygenation of blood.

Platelets:- Platelets play a vital role in the blood clotting and they lack haemoglobin.
