The National Cyber Olympiad is organized by the science olympiad foundation (SOF) annually in all places; students of any age group can participate in this Olympiad. It provides a platform for the students to understand their abilities and to improve their knowledge in the cyber Olympiad. It is held all over the country, promoting computer information's significant role. On the national cyber day, many institutes provide these free exams and offer prizes and certificates to the leading competitor. This test plays a vital role in increasing students' knowledge, motivating them to participate in academics, and increasing their logical capacity and scientific thinking.

Eligibility for National Cyber Olympiad

  • NCO (National Cyber Olympiad) is a national-level exam, and any student in classes 1-10 can participate in the examination. 

  • The participant must be a student of any respected board such as CBSE, ICSE, or state board.

  • The NCO is organized by the science olympiad foundation annually, and many schools are authorized as the SOF center.

  • It allows students to test their knowledge and ability in computer and information technology.

  • Each school can send its best five students as a team in the NCO examination.

How to Register for National Cyber Olympiad

  • Students can fill out the registration form on the official website, while some schools provide the facility of registration by themselves. 

  • The website can be surfed to understand registration details; each school sends ten students for the yearly test.

  • It is considered one of the most competitive exams among all the olympiad tests.

  • All the participants are timely updated on the official website of SOF( science olympiad foundation). The registration fee is 12 rupees, which you can pay online.

  • Students can individually participate and can connect with the officials of SOF.

Exam Pattern for National Cyber Olympiad

  • The NCO ( national cyber Olympiad) is a national-level exam every year. Students from 1-10 can appear in the examination. 

  • The students participating in the exam get ranked according to their average marks in the examination, and the pattern of questions varies as per the classes.

  • The students of classes 1-5 given questions concerning the classing and pattern, while for the students of classes 6-10, the questions are based on verbal and nonverbal reasoning. 

  • Another section contains questions related to IT, computer information, and cyber details.

  • The 1-4 grade question paper consists of 35 questions, while the question paper for classes 5-10 consists of 50 questions.
