Answer
The primary transcript contain both the exons and introns are non-functional, Hence it is subjected to a process called splicing where the ingtrons are removed and exons are joined in a defind order. hn-RNA undergoes aditional processing called a capping and a tailing.
hn-RNA undergoes a process where the introns are removed and exons are joined to form m-RNA (functional) by the process called splicing.
