Yes, India has greater biodiversity because India fall in the region of temperate zone where as Norway comes in the polar zone. Polar region has much less hostile condition for the survival of organism their annual precipitation is less than 50 cm where as in India annual presipitation is about 200-250 cm due to that climatic condition is suitable for the living organisms and more diversity can be seen in India.
