It is the vast mound of knowledge that is deposited in these individuals that makes them stand apart from their competitors. 

Knowledge drives people to command authoritative positions in top corporations and multi nationals. It is a like a powerful gear, with which an individual finds himself equipped to take charge and manoeuvre the course of an organisation in the direction, which he deems fit. Needless to say, knowledge ends up taking the form of a powerful tool in the context of an organisation and its employees.

It is easy to decipher that people with knowledge deposited in their mind, are in a far better position to command top positions in top companies, when compared to ordinary candidates.

  • Even in the general work environment, people with apt knowledge and resources, are regarded highly by their co-workers and respected for their authority. They are approached most commonly to address problems that demand high level authority and consideration. There is a great source of power that emanates from such daily activities. 

Knowledge has been regarded highly in work environment in the past and continues to be the top source of work related dominance in organisations even today. One can command great respect and top positions by using his knowledge in the favour of any organisation. In this way, knowledge manifests itself as a powerful source of respect and dominance in work environment.
